Matthew Gibbs

Matthew has always sought to be hands on, close to projects and clients. He is able to establish excellent working relationships with the aim always to seek a negotiated outcome.

Where this is not possible Matthew has experience of appeal work and processes, including giving evidence at Public Inquiry for both his and former colleagues projects.

Most recently a Director at Savills based in London. Prior to this Matthew was a founding partner and then Board Director at DP9 Ltd. His career commenced in March 1993 at Montagu Evans.

Matthew has led planning projects (large and small scale, masterplan, and mixed use, residential, commercial, heritage) predominantly across London.
