Advising Capco on the proposed masterplan redevelopment of Earls Court exhibition centre and its surrounding land. Masterplan scheme approved for major mixed use redevelopment of homes and commercial / mixed use. Close liaison with the boroughs and GLA in bringing forward the scheme of redevelopment and Opportunity Area Framework document.

Advising ASDA and RER London on the redevelopment of the Crossharbour District Centre on the Isle of Dogs. Master plan scheme promoted for 2,000 homes, new supermarket and petrol filling station, 3form entry primary school, library and community spaces.

Advising Augur Group on the redevelopment of the former Vauxhall Motors site on the edge of Luton for a residential led mixed use development. Subsequently advising in relation to the development out of a part of the masterplan for a tall building for residential purposes.

Bull Ring, Birmingham; Peruvian Wharf and Silvertown Quays (both London Borough Newham); Farnborough Business Park, Rushmoor Borough Council; One Sun Street for UBS, London Borough Hackney.

Advising ITV on the redevelopment of the ITV building for a new Headquarters building for ITV alongside a separate residential block.

Advising RER London on the redevelopment of the former Royal Pharmaceutical Society building opposite Lambeth Palace. Planning permission achieved for a new 7 storey building for residential purposes.

Advising Bridges Fund Management on the redevelopment of Quick and Tower House for a new office building in the City fringe.

Advising Resolution Property in relation to Thomas More Square, Wapping. Planning permission achieved for the change of use of 25% of the floorspace from office to education use.

Advising the owner of the Grade II listed property regarding works of refurbishment and upgrade. Ultimately addressing matters at an Enforcement Inquiry where all substantive matters were satisfactorily addressed.

Advising Blackstone in respect of the redevelopment of Rodwell House for a 33 storey building for student housing.

Advising the Olympic Delivery Authority on the development of the Aquatics Centre for London 2012. Planning permission achieved for both the 'Games' and 'post Games' version of the building.

Advising the Olympic Delivery Authority on the development of the Basketball Arena for 2012.

Advising the owner on the redevelopment of Otto Schiff House for residential purposes. Ultimately addressing matters at public inquiry.

Advising the homeowner on the demolition and rebuild of their family home in the conservation area. Addressing matters at public inquiry.

Advising the owner regarding the redevelopment of a building of heritage significance in the Hampstead Conservation Area. Redevelopment approved through the appeal process.
