The project

Redevelopment of vacant brownfield site for residential led mixed use social rented housing (24 homes) and separate shared living block of 222 rooms. Building heights between 4 - 8 storeys. Close liaison with the council regarding the manner in which the scheme relates to the retained elements of the Brewery Building.
